Arrival Time

To make the most of your spa experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. ​

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & AMEX are accepted!

Cancellations

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

  • Gift Cards may be used towards any services or products offered at Chateau de Beaute', including gratuity.
  • Gift Card will expire five years from purchase date.
  • Gift Card is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift Card may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  • Chateau de Beaute' will replace a valid lost Gift Card, provided the original Gift Card hasn’t been redeemed and the replacement is issued to either the original purchaser or a verifiable recipient.
  • Gift Cards will be redeemed fully upon client no-show for services.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used the same day they are purchased.
  • Gift Cards may not be transferred or sold to someone else.

Cell Phones

We ask that cell phones are turned off or silenced upon arrival for the relaxing experience of all clients.  

Children

While our staff loves children, it is strongly recommended they do not accompany clients during treatments scheduled to last longer than 30 minutes, if at all possible.  If children do come to the spa, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the spa visit.  ​
